Architecture

The “Architecture and Interior Design” area of the collection includes furniture and items of interior decoration as well as parts of buildings and models. It offers an impression of life in Germany from 1945 to the present. It also reflects preferences for specific building and interior styles down through the decades and thus shows what sort of a living, work and leisure time setting people wanted.
