Coaches can park at the Car Park on the East side of the Central Station "Busparkplatz Ostseite" and at the Church "Thomaskirche" (West side).
You can reach the museum using public transport barrier-free. The entrance is flush with street level and has a mechanical swing door.
Photographing and filming in the exhibition spaces is allowed for private use; please note that no flash photography, other lights, tripods or selfie sticks are allowed. Visitors must uphold the copyright and usufruct to the photographs and films. In certain cases (e.g., protection of persons or exhibits) photography or filming for private purposes may also be forbidden. In cases of doubt, the wardens’ word is final. Any photographs or film footage taken for commercial purposes or for publication will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is permissible subject to approval by the museum administration.
