Our permanent exhibition is on the 2nd floor, the special exhibitions and the events hall are on the 3rd floor. They can be reached by wheelchair and there are two lifts accessing them. There are some seats in the exhibitions (partly without backrests). The two seminar rooms on the 4th floor have doors with a width measuring 0.75 metres.

You can borrow wheelchairs, walking frames, walking sticks and portable stools from the Information Desks on the ground floor and in front of the permanent exhibition. Reading aids for exhibition texts that are positioned above wheelchair height can be obtained from the Information Desk in front of the permanent exhibition.
Guide dogs are allowed in the museum and the exhibitions. The captions in the exhibitions do not include Braille. Please register in advance for one of our guided visits for groups of visitors who are visually impaired, during which you can touch selected exhibits. Please contact our Visitor Services so that we can discuss the arrangements with you.
